How We Started (Its a Funny Story…)

So, here’s the thing. Happy Nice Kitchen started in late 2024 because I was SO tired of reading fake reviews. You know the ones… “This mixer changed my life!” followed by 5 paragraphs of marketing nonsense.

I just wanted to know: does this KitchenAid mixer actually work for thick cookie dough? Will my Instant Pot explode if I forget to seal it? (Spoiler: No, but its stressful.)

After buying (and returning) way too many kitchen gadgets, I thought… someone should just test this stuff and tell people the truth. So thats what we do here.

Look, were not professional chefs. Were real people with real kitchens, making real mistakes. Here’s what you get from us:

I test products, write reviews, and occasionally burn dinner while testing air fryers. Its a glamorous life.

My background? Not fancy. Just a regular person who’s been cooking for 10+ years and has made every mistake in the book. Now I share what Ive learned so you dont have to.
