Look, we know most contact forms go into a black hole. Not ours. Heres what people actually contact us about:

  • “Can you review [product name]?” – Yes! Tell us what you want to see tested.
  • “Which mixer should I buy?” – Give us your budget and what you want to make, we’ll help you decide.
  • “Your review is wrong, here’s why…” – Fair enough! We’re open to feedback.
  • “I bought X and its amazing/terrible” – Love hearing real user experiences!
  • “How do I fix my [appliance]?” – We’ll do our best to help troubleshoot.

Honestly, the best way to get a quick answer is to leave a comment on the relevant article. I read every comment and usually respond within a few hours.

For example, if your asking about KitchenAid mixers, leave a comment on our Best KitchenAid Mixer guide. Other readers might have the same question, and sharing answers helps everyone!

Just to be clear:

  • ❌ We dont sell products directly (we link to Amazon/retailers)
  • ❌ We dont fix appliances or offer repair services
  • ❌ We dont write paid “sponsored content” disguised as reviews
  • ❌ We dont guarantee response times (but we try our best!)

📍 Location

We’re based in the United States, but we ship… wait, we dont ship anything! We’re a website. 😄

All our testing happens in a regular home kitchen in the US. Were not some fancy test lab with million-dollar equipment. Just real kitchen, real cooking, real reviews.

⏰ When to Expect a Response

Heres the realistic timeline:

  • Simple questions: 24 hours
  • Product recommendations: 24-48 hours
  • Review requests: We’ll respond within a week to let you know if we can test it
  • Business inquiries: 3-5 business days

Note: We dont work weekends usually, so Friday emails might not get answered until Monday. Sorry!
